Community Conduct

• Communicate respectfully and responsibly.
• Avoid harassment, hostility, threats, impersonation, or abusive behavior.
• Respect privacy, including your own privacy and the privacy of others.
• Do not post harmful, illegal, explicit, exploitative, or abusive content.

Platform Rules

• YoungWave is a user-generated chat application with rooms, direct messages, uploaded media, reactions, typing indicators, and room moderation.
• You are responsible for the content you post, upload, send, or share.
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, moderation, room membership, or technical controls.
• Do not abuse guest accounts, join requests, reactions, file uploads, realtime subscriptions, or direct messages.

Abuse

Misuse of YoungWave may result in removal of content, rejection of join requests, room kicks, bans, account termination, or other moderation actions available in the current application.

Suspension and Termination

Serious misuse may lead to account termination. Room owners and moderators may manage members, approve or reject join requests, kick users, ban users, and delete messages or rooms using the current moderation tools.

Copyright

Do not upload or share content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, or other rights. You agree to respect applicable copyright and trademark laws, including the Copyright Act 1957 and Trademark Act 1999.

Legal References

You agree to use YoungWave consistently with applicable law, including the Information Technology Act 2000, IT Rules 2021, Copyright Act 1957, and Trademark Act 1999.

Platform Liability

YoungWave hosts user-generated content. The platform is not responsible for outcomes caused by user conduct, user-generated messages, uploaded media, or interactions between users.
